The Town of Apex provides payment to help eligible households pay their water, sewer, electric and/or solid waste utility bills. Eligible households can apply for assistance more than once in the year up to the maximum amount allowed.
This program is a partnership between the Town of Apex and Western Wake Crisis Ministry. The role of Western Wake Crisis Ministry is to process applications and inform the Town of Apex regarding the applicant's eligibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must be a resident at the service address of the account.
- Applicant must be a US Citizen or lawfully present in the US.
- The household must meet the income eligibility requirements.
